Returns and Refunds
1. General Policy
Extreme Watches does not offer returns or exchanges unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a product with any issue, you must contact us at contact@extremewearables.com within 3 days of delivery with clear details of the problem, along with photos or video proof.
Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
A refund is only issued when a confirmed defective product cannot be replaced due to stock unavailability.
2. Watches
If the watch you receive is:
- defective
- damaged during shipping
- or different from what you ordered
We will arrange a replacement.
A refund will only be provided if the correct replacement is not available.
To be eligible:
- The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- You must provide clear photos or video
- The watch must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in, including:
original box
packaging
manuals
warranty card
protective films intact
Once we receive the watch, it will go through a quality inspection.
If it passes, the replacement or refund will be processed.
3. Other Products (Straps, Accessories, Cases, etc.)
If you receive an item that is incorrect or defective, we will arrange a replacement.
A refund is only issued if the replacement is unavailable.
Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Requests after this period will not be accepted.
4. Return Condition
All returned products must be:
- unused
- unworn
- free from marks, scratches or damage
- in original packaging with all inserts and accessories
Any item that fails inspection will not qualify for a replacement or refund.
5. Right to Refuse or Withhold Refunds
Extreme Wearables reserves the right to refuse or partially withhold a refund if we have reason to believe that:
- the order was placed without genuine intent to keep the product
- the product has been worn, used or tampered with
- the return is an attempt to misuse or abuse the policy
This policy exists to protect genuine customers and ensure fair operations.
6. Servicing and Warranty
All Extreme watches come with a 2 year manufacturing warranty.
Manufacturing defects are repaired free of charge.
However, all shipping and courier charges to and from our service center must be paid by the customer.
The warranty does not cover:
- impact or physical damage
- water damage
- misuse or negligence
- unauthorized repairs
- normal wear and tear
