ARTICLE 1 – IDENTIFICATION

The website extremewearables.com offers for sale mechanical watches, quartz watches, accessories and related products (the “Products”).

The website is operated by Extreme Wearables (hereafter referred to as “the Seller”).

ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE

These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations between Extreme Wearables and the customer in the context of online sales.

By placing an order on the Website, the customer confirms having read, understood and accepted these Terms without reservation.

These Terms apply to the exclusion of all others, including any that may appear on external marketplaces, social platforms or offline communications.

The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version applicable is the one in force on the date the order is placed.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Products sold are those displayed on the Website and are offered subject to availability.

Each Product is described as accurately as possible. Photographs are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual Product.

Before placing an order, the customer is responsible for reviewing product specifications, sizing, materials and compatibility.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICES

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Website and do not include shipping, customs duties or local taxes unless explicitly stated.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but Products will always be charged at the price confirmed at checkout.

ARTICLE 5 – ORDERS

Orders are placed directly through the Website.

Once payment is confirmed, the order becomes binding.

If a Product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed and offered either a refund or an alternative product.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect address, or previous unresolved disputes.

ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT

Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout.

Accepted payment methods include credit cards, digital wallets and installment services where available.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY

Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, customs clearance and carrier delays.

Extreme Wearables is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier networks, incorrect addresses or force majeure events.

For international shipments, any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF RETURN

At this time, Extreme Wearables does not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Each Extreme watch is inspected, tested and packed specifically for the customer before dispatch. For this reason, all sales are considered final.

If a product is found to be defective upon arrival, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence.

In such cases, Extreme Wearables will assess the issue and, if confirmed as a manufacturing defect, provide a repair or replacement at its discretion.

Claims submitted after this window or without proper evidence may not be accepted.

ARTICLE 9 – REFUNDS

Once the returned Product is received and inspected, the Seller will confirm whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Shipping costs and customs charges are not refundable.

ARTICLE 10 – WARRANTY

Extreme Watches come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents or crystal damage
  • Water damage caused by misuse
  • Strap wear
  • Battery replacement
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper handling or third-party repairs

Warranty service requires proof of purchase.

ARTICLE 11 – SERVICING AND REPAIRS

All Extreme watches are covered by a 2 year limited manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a watch requires servicing or repair under warranty, Extreme Wearables will carry out the repair free of charge.

However, all shipping and courier costs to and from our service centre must be borne by the customer.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents or cosmetic aging
  • Strap wear
  • Battery replacement
  • Water damage due to misuse
  • Damage caused by impact, drops or improper handling
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification

Any service performed by a third party without prior approval from Extreme Wearables will void the warranty.

ARTICLE 12 – LIABILITY

Extreme Wearables shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Products.

ARTICLE 13 – DISPUTES

In case of any dispute, the customer agrees to first contact the Seller to attempt a friendly resolution.

If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Seller’s operating jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 14 – APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable commercial laws of the Seller’s country of operation.
